1. Verification of Specifications vs. Goods
Verify style, dimensions, panel material, tabletop material (sintered stone / solid wood / MDF / tempered glass), color, hardware accessories, surface finish, and logo; ensure they match the order and approved sample. Inventory accessories such as screws, floor pads, and installation manuals to prevent the factory from substituting raw materials or downgrading specifications.

2. Visual Inspection
Tabletop: Free from scratches, dents/chips, blisters, cracks, color variations, stains, or glue residue; sintered stone/glass surfaces must be free from internal (hidden) cracks.
Legs and Frame: Free from deformation, burrs, paint loss, or delamination; wood grain and paint color must be consistent across the batch.
Edge Banding (Panel Tables): Smooth and flat; free from peeling, lifting, or glue overflow.

3. Dimensional and Assembly Inspection
Verify actual length, width, height, and leg spacing against agreed-upon tolerances;
Post-assembly: Tabletop sits flat without wobbling; all four legs make firm contact with the floor;
Joints are uniform; hardware (hinges, connectors) is securely installed; assembly/disassembly is smooth;
Height-adjustable models: Lifting mechanism operates smoothly without sticking or tilting.

4. Safety Detail Check
Edges and corners are properly rounded; no sharp edges or points; metal parts free from sharp cut edges; designed to prevent scratches during use.

5. Basic Structural Stability Test
Apply moderate pressure to the four corners of the tabletop to check for looseness or abnormal noise; for folding tables, open and close repeatedly to confirm hinge reliability and ensure no accidental tipping.

6. Labeling Verification
Product labels, model numbers printed on packaging, and material specifications must match the order; for export products, ensure compliance with the destination country's customs requirements for wood products (e.g., fumigation, IPPC marks on wooden packaging).

7. Packaging Inspection
Adequate protection using EPE foam, corner protectors, and cartons; panels, glass, and sintered stone tabletops are highly susceptible to impact damage, so packaging must be suitable for long-distance ocean freight or domestic road transport to prevent damage in transit.
