1. Preventing Child Injuries
Eliminate risks such as suffocation, cuts, finger entrapment, projectile injuries, and chemical poisoning; young children are prone to chewing on toys, so safety requirements are far stricter than those for general industrial products.

2. Meeting Mandatory Regulatory Requirements
Six major categories of toys in China (plastic, electric, ride-on, dolls, projectile, and metal toys) must pass inspection and obtain 3C certification before they can be sold on the market.

3. Quality Control and Risk Mitigation
Identify and remove defective products early to avoid returns, recalls, and penalties from market regulators.

4. Serving as a Basis for Assessment
Used as a standard for delivery acceptance, customs clearance, and market spot checks

Inspector sampling or full inspection:

1. Appearance: Burrs, cracks, color discrepancies, paint peeling, loose stitching (for plush toys).

2. Structural safety: Presence of sharp points or edges; risk of finger entrapment in gaps; pull tests to check if small parts detach (to prevent choking hazards for young children).

3. Functionality: Proper operation of sound and light features, wheels, and launching mechanisms.

4. Labeling: Completeness of age warnings, CCC mark, manufacturing information, and safety warning statements.
