2.Visual appearance check: Check cabinet scratch, dent, paint peeling, uneven joint gap, sharp edge at water outlet and crack on glass panel.
3.Water tightness test: Fill water into the machine and keep static for a period, check water tank, pipeline, faucet and connector for seepage or dripping.
4.Heating and cooling performance test: Run the machine to test actual hot and cold water temperature, confirm temperature controller auto on-off works as rated specification.
5.Electrical safety inspection: Verify power cord standard, plug type, ground connection, anti-dry-burning cut-off and overheat protection function.
6.Button and touch panel test: Test water outlet button, child lock, digital display, indicator light and water tap switch one by one.
7.Accessory check: Confirm water filter, drip tray, user manual, certificate, power cord and free gifts are fully equipped.
8.Marking inspection: Check body nameplate (voltage, power), warning sticker, shipping mark on carton, origin mark and certification logo printing correctness.
