Why conduct a forklift inspection before loading?

2.Confirm forklift model, load capacity and equipment match order requirements, preventing wrong delivery or downgraded configuration.
3.Verify safety devices, labels and certificates to meet customs clearance rules and local special equipment regulations in importing countries.
4.Record original vehicle condition before loading. It helps distinguish responsibility between supplier and buyer: judge whether damage originates from production or sea transportation handling.
5.Provide reliable inspection report for overseas buyers, which can be used for payment arrangement, customs clearance and final receiving check.

3. Hydraulic System
1.Normal oil level; no leakage on hoses, cylinders and joints
2.Lift, lower, tilt actions smooth without abnormal noise
3.No obvious mast sinking under load; lift limiter works
4. Brake System
1.Service brake responsive, no pulling or dragging
2.Parking brake reliable to hold truck on slope
3.No brake line leakage
5. Steering System
Steering flexible without excessive play; steering parts no leakage & deformation
6. Power System
Diesel Forklift ：Easy start, stable idle; no heavy exhaust smoke; no oil/coolant leakage
Electric Forklift ：Battery no swelling; terminals tight; motors run smoothly; cables undamaged
