Inspection procedures prioritize the technical requirements specified in product drawings, with general national standards applied where drawings lack specific provisions. All testing methods, acceptance criteria, and defect classifications must adhere to the relevant standards to ensure inspection results are consistent, traceable, and legally valid, thereby serving as the foundation for quality assessment and the arbitration of quality-related disputes.
