Core Inspection Items

Appearance and Workmanship – Upper damage, color inconsistency, skipped stitches, debonding, glue overflow, loose threads, upper misalignment, toe asymmetry, and scratches or rust on hardware.

Size Verification – Shoe size, internal length, width/fit, and size consistency between the left and right shoes.

Physical Performance Testing– Sole abrasion and flex resistance, bond strength between upper and sole (resistance to debonding), shoelace tensile strength, and peel strength.

Chemical Safety Testing – Formaldehyde, pH value, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, and heavy metals; for children's shoes, additional attention is paid to the secure attachment of small accessories and the absence of sharp edges.

Labeling Inspection – Completeness of labels regarding size, materials, applicable standards, manufacturer information, etc.
