3.Inspect chassis and power components. Check engines and pipelines for oil leakage and confirm all chassis bolts are tightened. Verify tires are correct specification without serious damage. Start the engine and watch out for abnormal vibration and strange noise.

4.Run hydraulic lifting test, the most important check for dump trucks. Raise and lower cargo body repeatedly. The whole movement should be smooth without jamming or weird noise. No oil leakage on hydraulic cylinders, and limit stops and safety supports have to work properly.

5.Test brake, steering and all electrical accessories. Check performance of service brake and handbrake, avoid excessive free play on steering. Test lights, horn, reverse alarm and other equipment one by one to ensure everything works well.

6.Count supplied tools and spare parts, and check vehicle cleanliness.
