Quality Control Procedure for EU & US Market
This inspection procedure applies to wardrobe and closet furniture intended for European and North American markets, including flat-pack (RTA) and fully assembled products.
Sampling Standard (AQL)
Sampling is conducted in accordance with international AQL standards:

Defect Classification
Critical Defects (AQL 0)
Safety hazards or regulatory non-compliance, such as sharp edges, structural instability, or missing anti-tip devices.
Major Defects (AQL 2.5)
Functional or structural issues affecting usability, including door misalignment, damaged panels, missing hardware, or incorrect dimensions.
Minor Defects (AQL 4.0)
Cosmetic imperfections with no impact on function, such as minor scratches, color variation, or slight surface defects.

Inspection Result
Inspection results are evaluated based on AQL acceptance criteria and classified as PASS or FAIL.
A detailed inspection report with photos and professional conclusions is provided after inspection.
