Why inspect gloves before shipment?
We carry out glove inspection before shipment to spot defects like fabric tears, loose stitching, wrong sizes and substandard protective performance ahead of delivery. Gloves are widely used for labor protection and daily use. Poor-quality items may fail to offer proper protection and bring safety risks. Checking goods in advance allows us to rework or sort out non-conforming products before loading. This helps avoid rejection, returns and trade disputes after the goods arrive at the buyer's side, and keeps stable business partnership between both sides.
Inspection Standards
I. Sampling Rules
Sampling follows AQL standard: Critical 0, Major 2.5, Minor 4.0.
II. Inspection Items
1.. Quantity check: Confirm carton quantity and inner glove quantity match the order
2. Visual inspection: No holes, stains, color difference, loose stitching or burrs; consistent color within the batch
3. Dimension verification: Length and width meet customer specs, size marking is clear and correct
4. Material & performance: Protective gloves should meet cut-resistant, anti-slip or liquid barrier requirements; no strange odor
5. Packaging & marking: Clear printing of product name, spec, batch and origin on outer cartons; solid packaging
III. Defect Determination
Critical defect: Failed protective function or direct safety hazard → reject
Major defect: Holes, out-of-spec size, batch color inconsistency
Minor defect: Light stains, loose threads that do not affect usage
